Tee Shirts concepts.

Two tee shirt designs for a project I'm working on. Going to cut out templates and silk screen them, but I'm predicting difficulties with the islands at the eyes, so James (who listens to a lot of the Shins) gave me a solution below, which I thought was extremely funny. They look like reservoir dog zombies now.

Adrian turns 21.

This was drawn in Adrian's sketchbook. He will be 21 in five minutes. Happy birthday, mon ami. Watching Ghost in the Shell at the moment because I'm having trouble sleeping again. My left arm seems to feel numb alot too, probably nothing to do with not being able to sleep properly, but it feels rather strange?

And this girl is cute, recommended by this girl who is also just as cute.

Jean and Eff bind their annual reports today!

It was an unpleasant Sunday yesterday, but I churned out heaps of happy Jean and Eff illustrations in the lecture today after Xoli gave me one of those wax stamp tools with my initials engraved onto it. It's really beautiful and made my day. Oh, so did smoothies at St Kilda with Jean after sorting out our binding. Really excited to see the finished product on Wednesday, but can't be bothered with anything else at the moment.

Eff Uniform.

A poster documenting what I wore over the past five days. Well, its really just rotating a couple of jackets and a couple of hairstyles and switching between the three pairs of shoes. It's like wearing the Eff uniform.

Adventures of Jean and Eff return!

Image above looks like it has potential for the book cover for a little book I will evetually make temporarily titled, "The Strange Love of Eff and Jean."

Angel Assistance.

Theres one more AA image which I shall spare the eyes of Ayano and those who aren't interested. Theres a couple more things there too, including killer PEAS for Paddy and an illustration of Princess Kate telling Maria's interrupting cow joke.

Rebel without a pulse.

Gotta love crazy zombie trailers.

Holographic Sea Creatures.

"Fashion show of SS'08 Preview Collection at Pitti Uomo. Journey through time and liquid space to a futuristic world of bioluminescence, giant mechanic cephalopods, futuristic aquanauts and mysterious galactic polips. Witness the first catwalk show with real models showing with holographic models."
The holograms remind of the ones in Star Wars. It just looks insane, its so flowy, beautiful and alien. I like the jelly fish.

Coil Record.

I did my first sticker tag with that image above today on a uni rubbish bin (Taj's idea). Oh the adrenaline rush of doing something illegal. Sigh, a disappointing morning at the printing labs though. My record cover and sleeve didn't turn out grainy like how it looks in my images below, the backgrounds were just black for some sad, sad reason. It just looks better on screen.

miffs on a sinking ship.

Scribbling is fun.

There's an interactive scribbling website recommended by Jess (who listens to a lot of Portishead and George Michael) which is just hours of fun fun fun FUN! And after this week of fuckin annual reports and record covers, I could do with some fun. You start off with your own sketch in red, then it does a scribble version of your drawing. You can keep adding on and it keeps scribbling!

It gets messy.

Adventures of Jean and Eff.

Heres my charming Jean and I at Bimbos. Jean and I went to last Mondays design lecture completely hung over after that lovely Sunday afternoon beers with Alex and Nicky at Bimbos, and in my still drunken but extremely tired state, I started this series of illustrations of us during these lectures.

And it begins!

This is the first of the series! Haha! Please laugh, because it is funny. She was sitting behind me and I was too tired to communicate with her verbally so I drew this with just me saying "I'm dying", then from the look of her face I knew she said "me too" so thats what I wrote. Then about five minutes later Kate (who was sitting next to her) decided to announce to everyone around us that she had lost her bag.

This is the second picture I drew of Jean and I. It's of me flying her to the moon to eat Krispy Kreme donuts (because thats where the special dough originates).

And here is Jean and I walking a space dog. The moon not only has special Krispy Kreme dough, but is also inhabited by these strange looking aliens that look very much like dogs. So we called them space dogs. She loves me very much in this picture too (it's true).

And here's one which I did this morning. We are very good friends in this one, but I didn't get my turn on the swing because I was too short. And our space dog shape shifted into a tree. We love him very much.

And that's it for now! Stay tuned every Monday for more charming adventures of Jean and Eff!

Fetishes sketiches.

Well, heres one of the many bizarre sex scenes I've been doodling in my sketch book cuz I managed to find some time to scan in a few of them today. This is my favorite of the lot tho, the one where Albie collaborated with me and added cute little decorations. The others that I uploaded are in my flickr site, so if you are curious or into this kinda thing, but with strap-ons and octopuses, then go checkity check it out! But if you like to wear big red coats and your name starts with A, then I think you should skip this post and read the next one :(!

Please come to Melbourne.

Typesetting and tabs.

Kenny (you know why I called, right?) Gee sent me this 14sec clip ages ago but it still tickles me every once in a while. I don't understand what the bunny is doing there at the end tho.

Its the weekend and I got to finish all the typesetting by wednesday and it's really draining. I've only figured out how to use tabs recently and it was killing me (ask Jean, actually don't otherwise she'd probably tear your head off). Indesign can be such a pain in the ass when you're slowly trying to figure shit out while working on a 25 page annual report. Sigh, my toes are still cold.

And how good looking is James?
